NEVA HOTEL. (17 Tchaikovsky Street). The building was reconstructed from a previously existing building (1902, architect P.A. Vinogradov). It was opened in 1913 (?), and reconstructed in 1914 once again to become the Neft Russian Partnership Office Building (architect V.S. Yastrzhembsky). In 2002, the hotel had 133 rooms, a restaurant and several bars.
