10 June. A.S. Pushkin wrote the poem " In front of the Holy Tomb…".

19 June. Cordons were placed around Tsarskoye Selo in connection with the cholera epidemic.

5 July. The religious service was performed before the Icon of the Mother of God "The Holy Sign" about the delivering of the city from cholera.
