Dwelling houses were built in Leningradskaya Street, Zheleznodorozhnaya Street, Vokzalnaya Street (now Akhmatovskaya Street). New houses with living spaces of 48,700 square metres, including 17 houses buit by the building cooperative company "Pushkinsky", were transferred into exploitation every year.
