ENTUZIASTOV AVENUE, from Peredovikov Street to Kommuny Street, in the area of Rzhevka - Porokhovye. The avenue was laid in the 1960s as a part of the central semicircular thoroughfare. The name attached to the avenue in 1976 is associated with the working feats of the Soviet people. The residential development of the avenue conducted in the 1970s-90s consisted of 12-16 storied residential houses.
